McIndoe Urban was a specialist consultant to the Isthmus Group / Construkt Joint Venture, providing urban design and masterplanning expertise. Involvement was primarily at the project planning and concept stages, including planning and facilitating the scenario planning workshop which was instrumental in determining design direction. This project, for the Buckley and Sunderland Precincts, provides for around 1,000 residential dwellings in an innovative high quality mixed use environment.
