In Wellington MU developed a masterplan for Kilbirnie Town Centre and has developed numerous multi-unit schemes in the MDRA policy areas.
Recent work in Palmerston North included 4 schemes for separate sites (Hokowhitu Campus, Carrol St, Albert St and Pascal St) where higher density housing was desired.
